Cancelation policy

If you have to cancel a workshop or Open Studio Session you can do it a week before the event. You will receive a voucher for the new workshop which has to be used within 3 months from cancellation.  If you want to rebook Open Studio Session you can do it 3 days before the date of the event.  By purchasing a workshop in Estet Studio the booking and payment are binding.  

Canceled classes won't be refunded, but you will receive a voucher for a new class so you can rebook the date.

Gift cards, including pottery class gift cards, are valid for 6 months, and can't be refunded or exchanged.
